The Power of Design: The Architecture of Hydro-Electric Buildings in Hamilton

Hamilton was once called the Electric City because it was the first City in Canada to adopt electric power in a big way to power industry and homes. Many of these early hydro buildings were built to also be beautiful and many are still here! Experience this free exhibit of imagery that will explore the architectural majesty of Hamilton’s beautiful hydro-electric buildings. The Museum is closed Mondays and statutory holidays.
