Heritage Mississauga Insider's Look

I am Mississauga Too: Mississauga Remembers

I am Mississauga Too: Mississauga Remembers follows the arduous journey of the servicemembers from Mississauga who fought, the many who fell, those who served on the Homefront, those who returned, and all who are remembered.

War was declared on September 10, 1939 and Our Boys answered the call to defend the world against the unparalleled injustice and fascism of the Axis Alliance. Many made the ultimate sacrifice in the name of freedom, in the name of justice, in the name of peace, and in the name of Canada.

Heritage Mississauga is proud to present I am Mississauga Too: Mississauga Remembers in honour of all of those who served in past conflicts and those who continue to serve today.

We will remember.
