Logan Hall explores the history of Canada's oldest government science agency through interactive displays, artifacts and videos. The Geological Survey was founded in 1842 and continues to provide geoscience information in support of Canada's economy. Among its collection of rocks, minerals, fossils, meteorites and ores is a 440 million-year-old rock outcrop on the front lawn, the St. Robert meteorite found in 1994 and specimens from the National Meteorite Collection of Canada established in 1855. Visitors can take self-guided tours of Logan Hall.
