This talk looks at some of the most influential women of Canada who managed to balance family life, while making their mark in our history. Women such as writer, Lucy Maude Montgomery; reformer, Adelaide Hunter Hoodless; Judge Helen Kinnear; and physician, Emily Stowe; have all made a positive impact on Canada as a nation.
