How are Wampum Belts viewed from Haudenosaunee and Anishnabek perspectives?  This workshop combines a lecxtue an a hands-on acdtivity for the entire family.

Workshop #2:  Niagara Beadwork, Then and Now

Find out how the Niagra Region's Indigenous beadwork became so distinct, starting inthe 19th century.  Bring your beadwork and share its beauty, and be part of a hands-on, family-friendly workshop to create something new.

Workshop #3:  Creation Story Revisited:  Indigenous Artists Reflect Creation Teaching

Saturday, November 18, 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hear the Creation Story through traditional oral storytelling, and develop an appreciation of modern-day depictions of the story.  This is an event for the entire family.
