Join the Welland Museum (virtually) as we chat with bestselling author Genevieve Graham about her latest novel The Forgotten Home Child. Like us, Graham is a strong supporter of Canadian history so we’ll talk about how important it is to tell our stories, in particular about the British Home Children, a little-known part of history that inspired her latest novel.
The virtual event will be live from 7pm-8pm EDT on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.

The Welland Museum is working in partnership with Someday Books for this event. A warning on content: The lives of many British Home Children were not positive so there will be discussions surrounding the treatment many of these children received when they arrived in Canada.
