Learn some basic weaving skills with Agnes Niewiadomski, from Agnes Makes (http://www.agnesmakes.com/), when you recycle an old T-shirt into a new and useful kitchen accessory! First, you will cut up old cotton shirts and join them into a ball of continuous-strand ‘T-shirt yarn’. Then, you will weave the yarn on a simple ‘potholder’ loom, to make a finished trivet measuring about 19 cm (7.5 inch) square.
