Open Monday to Friday, from September to June, between noon and two o'clock, the Restaurant is managed by chef Adam Foley. Chef Foley had directed the kitchen of some of the best restaurants in Toronto, including the Rosewater Supper Club, Brassaii, Empire and Brant House. He has a reputation for simple, clean flavours and classical flair.
