My Story, My Tattoo
Until March 28, 2020 (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

The Museum of Northern History is proud to be hosting this dynamic and thought provoking travelling exhibition from the Wellington County Museum & Archives. The exhibition, featuring more than thirty unique tattoo stories, highlights the beauty and vibrancy of this unique artistic medium.

In celebration of the exhibit the Museum's Auxiliary partnered with local photograph Penny Fournel to add an additional 15 stories to the exhibition in a local section on site in the Museum's Billiard Room.

Not a fan of tattoos? This exhibit offers so much more. It is an amazing photography exhibit, but it always pays tribute to so many wonderful and heart wrenching stories - from cancer journeys to family connections, or memories of lost loved ones to personal journeys through depression and illness. The power and impact of this exhibit is sure to appeal to anyone and everyone.

The exhibition will be on display in the Museum's Gallery until Saturday, March 28th, 2020. Regular Admission rates apply.

Winter Hours: The Museum is CLOSED Sundays and Mondays, OPEN 12:00pm to 5:00pm Tuesday to Friday, and OPEN 12:00pm to 4:00pm Saturdays.
