Check out BIG CHEESE DAYS in Oxford County on every Saturday in May.  Start your tour of the award winning Oxford County Cheese Trail with a visit to the award winning Ingersoll Cheese & Agricultural Museum. Take a tour of the historic factory, romp through Canada's only cheese playground, don an apron and pose for an "Oxford Gothic" photograph. Sample freshly baked biscuits right out of the historic bake oven!
