The history of the Elliot Lake region is interpreted at this museum.Topics explored at the site include the discovery, mining and milling of uranium. This is also the temporary home of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame. Tours of the museum are provided by request but most exhibits are designed to be self-guided.
