Cottonwood is an Italianate-style red brick mansion built c. 1870 by William Holmes Jr., as a private residence. Come and explore the 1870’s historic mansion, immerse yourself in local history and experience the heritage of the Victorian Era and the early settlement of the North Erie Shore.
