Clarington Museums and Archives Event

Wednesdays July 9th - July 30th

Join us on the verandah of Bowmanville Museum every Wednesday this summer for a traditional meets modern afternoon tea. The museum is set to the home of a wealthy merchant family of the Edwardian Era and boasts beautiful gardens to enjoy while you dine. The Toasted Walnut impresses with a delicious selection of English sandwiches, freshly baked scones, homemade whip and preserved and the weekly tray bake. Served on embroidered linens by our friendly staff, this experience is a Bowmanville tradition. Ask out staff for a guided tour of the museum or for entrance into the Sarah Jane Williams Heritage Centre exhibition for half price.
